| Each summer the Newport County YMCA prides itself
on providing a Camp experience for your child that instills our
core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Whether
your child is a new or veteran camper, they are sure to enjoy
the incredible summer we have planned for them. Register now for
tons of summer fun like you have never seen before. Campers will
enjoy an experience of a lifetime because each week is designed
to include a wide variety of activities that are sure to keep
your kids exploring, learning, growing, and having fun all summer
long! YMCA Day Camp staff are experienced, well-trained individuals.
You can depend on YMCA Day Camps to always focus on adventure
and fun in a safe and caring environment!
All of our camps are accredit by the American Camping
Association. ACA Accreditation means that the Newport County YMCA
camp program has undergone a thorough (up to 300 standards) review
of its operation - from staff qualifications and training to emergency
management.
Newport County YMCA Summer Day Camps
Middletown, RI
We offer a wide variety of traditional and specialty
camps for all ages such as R.A.V.E., gymnastics, sports, rock
climbing, Top chef, Beach Bum, Newport & More, Surfing, Windsurfing/Kayaking,
carpentry, Potter League Happy Tails, Greenside Skate Camp and
much, much, more! Ages range from 3-15 (depends on the age limit
of the camp). Check our NEW Junior Counselor program for teen
15 & 16 years old and we are adding archery to our camp activity
list!
Registration begins February 4, 2013
for members of the YMCA and March 4, 2013 for non-members.

YMCA Camp Sandywoods
Tiverton, RI Get
ready for a fun full day of camp that will offer nature activities,
arts & crafts, sports, hiking, water activities, group games
and so much more! Camp will be offer for children going into grades
k-8 and there will be a Junior Counselor Volunteer program for
teens going into grades 9 & 10. Sandywoods is a unique arts
and agricultural community located just off Bulgarmarsh Road in
the northeast corner of Tiverton.
Registration begins
February 4, 2013 for members of the YMCA and March 4, 2013 for
non-members.
