We’re not here to judge, we’re here to help. Whether you want to drop a few pounds, add muscle mass, fit into that little black dress, improve your golf game or just feel better about yourself, you’ve come to the right place! Utilizing a scientific approach combining both training and nutrition, our Personal Trainers will design a program honed for your specific fitness goals.

  • Land and Water Personal Training:
    One hour session with a personal trainer who will create a well rounded fitness routine for you in our pool and Wellness Center.

    Our certified professional personal training team is educated to work with the novice to the advanced exercise enthusiast. All training sessions are scheduled to accommodate each individual's needs.
