| GYM-MINIS (Preschool) |
The Gym-Mini program has been developed
to promote basic motor skills as they apply to all physical
activity. In this program, we do not strive to train for
the Olympics, but instead we emphasize physical and social
development using our specialized motor development equipment
as well as our adapted gymnastics equipment with our positive,
high energy staff! The Gym-Mini program is divided into
three types of classes:
- Mini's Gymnastics (3 to 5 years)
Children in this level will work in a structured fun
atmosphere. This class will work on developing jumping,
climbing, basic strength and flexibility, rhythmic
skills as well as social skills through interaction
with the other children. The target teaching ratio
for this class is 6:1.
- Advanced Minis (ages 3 to 5)
For children who are able to perform cartwheels, handstands,
bridges, pullover on bars and cast off of bars. Class
entrance is by interview only.
