Water Exercise Programs

  • Deep Water Aerobics
    Deep-water workout. Participants use floatation cuffs and dumbbells to get a high-energy resistance workout. FREE TO MEMBERS!
     
  • Water Aerobics
    Waist to chest deep workout. Props are used. Great energy workout with little stress on joints. All levels welcome. FREE TO MEMBERS!
     
  • Aqua Jogging
  • Easy Water Fitness
    An aquatic program which promotes movement in the water to help provide relief from stiffness, muscular tension and pain.
