Free Weight Room Protocol
1. Children under the age of 10
are not allowed in the Wellness Center or Free Weight
room at any time.
2. No one under the age of 15 is allowed in the weight
room.
3. No foul language.
4. Proper attire required. Members and guests are
expected to wear shirts and proper shoes, etc.
5. Always be courteous to other members. Allow others
to “work-in” on the equipment you are
using.
6. Replace your weights when you are finished with
them.
7. Use a spotter when appropriate. Our Wellness Center
Staff are available to assist you.
8. Wipe down equipment and benches after use.
