- Youth & Teen Fitness (Ages
10-14)
Classes are taught by a Certified Personal Trainer
who instructs youth participants on basic strength
training practices and cardiovascular exercises along
with an in-depth review of safety techniques. Classes
take place primarily in the Wellness Center, although
the Group Exercise Studio, Gym, and our Outdoor Field
may be used to add variety and fun. There will be
a fitness assessment provided at the beginning of
the session for each participant so they will learn
to set goals with the help of their Trainer. At the
end of the session the participant and Trainer will
reassess their goals. The participant will have a
better understanding of the body, how it works and
how to keep it healthy!
